- How can you design my project without visiting the site?
- You send us measurements, photos, videos and any existing drawings or plot documents. We guide you on what to capture, and for larger projects a local surveyor can provide a measured survey we design from.
- Will the drawings be approved where I live?
- Building rules differ by city, so your local licensed architect or engineer checks the drawings against local code and stamps them for permit. We work with them and adjust the drawings where they need it.
- Can my own contractor build from your drawings?
- Yes. That is the point of the handover pack: plans, sections, details and schedules your builder can price and build from, and we stay available for their questions.
- What does it cost?
- It depends on the scope — a single room is very different from a villa or a restaurant. Tell us about your project and we will reply with a clear quote once we understand what you need.
- How many revisions are included?
- Each stage has agreed rounds of changes, set out in your quote before work begins, so you always know where you stand.
- How do meetings work across time zones?
- We schedule video calls in your working hours, whether you are in the US, UK or UAE, and send a written summary after each one.
- Which units will the drawings use?
- Whatever your builder uses — feet and inches or metric.
