House 333 – Revamp
House 333 – Revamp is an elevation redesign for a private residence in KDA Housing Society 1, focused on refreshing the external identity of the home while respecting the existing structure and its neighborhood context.
The scope is intentionally limited to the facade and front-facing architectural expression. Rather than treating the project as a complete rebuild, the design approach uses the existing framework as an opportunity to refine proportion, rhythm, and curb appeal.
ZADS prioritizes a clearer elevation composition, a stronger visual hierarchy, and a more contemporary residential character. Openings, surface planes, and facade details are considered as a unified system so the house presents a coherent and composed identity from the street.
The outcome is a more confident and updated external presence for House 333. The project demonstrates how a focused elevation redesign can significantly improve the perception of an existing home and create meaningful impact without altering the full building program.
