Site Supervisor
ZADS Architecture & Design Studio is hiring a Site Supervisor for full-time, on-site work in Karachi. You will be the studio’s presence on site: managing contractors, coordinating with the office, and holding work to programme, drawings, and finish quality. Daily reporting, issue tracking, and clear communication between site and studio are central to the role. This is a hands-on position for someone who can run a site with discipline and keep the office informed without being asked twice.
Key requirements
Proven experience as a site supervisor, site engineer, or construction supervisor on residential or commercial projects. Ability to manage multiple contractors and trades on a live site, including labour, materials, and daily sequencing. Coordinate closely with architects, project managers, and the office on drawings, instructions, and site decisions. Report daily on progress, attendance, timings, delays, quality, and issues that need studio input. Hold work to drawings, specifications, programme, and the finish quality expected by ZADS. Full-time, on-site presence in Karachi; willingness to cover more than one site when required. Clear written and verbal communication in English and Urdu. Familiarity with local construction practice, materials, and labour management. Own transport preferred. Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent site experience.
