You will be the studio’s presence on site: managing contractors, coordinating with the office, and holding work to programme, drawings, and finish quality. Daily reporting, issue tracking, and clear communication between site and studio are central to the role. This is a hands-on position for someone who can run a site with discipline and keep the office informed without being asked twice.

You will design and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on residential and commercial projects, and keep those systems aligned with the architectural drawings from design through construction.
