ZADS Architecture is a Karachi-based design studio founded by Abdullah Zamir. We provide residential and commercial architectural services across Pakistan — from custom homes and villas to offices and mixed-use buildings. Our work spans concept development, interior architecture, project management, and construction delivery.

Mission
We design homes and workplaces around the people who use them. We start by understanding how a client lives or works, then deliver clear drawings, honest budgets and careful site supervision. We also give part of our time, at no fee, to projects that make our city better.
Vision
Well-designed, climate-aware buildings should be part of everyday life in Pakistan, not a luxury. We want to raise that standard, one project at a time.
Design for society
Good architecture should improve life beyond the people who commission it. We set aside studio time to design projects at no fee, and have delivered 3 pro bono projects since 2025. The same idea runs through our paid work. We use passive cooling and low-carbon materials suited to Karachi's climate, and coordinate structure carefully so buildings are safe. Budgets stay open and honest so families and businesses can build with confidence.

Luxor - Convention Center
Contributed as Project Architect while working at Identity Design Studio.
Contributed to space planning, material direction, and coordination for commercial interiors where brand identity, circulation, and execution quality had to work together clearly.

2025
Ombre
Designed by Abdullah Zamir while working at Identity Design Studio.
Two buildings made to read as one. Ombre's office block on the right and its factory block on the left are joined behind a single continuous elevation, giving the campus a mega-scale frontage. A double-height entrance volume in gradient glass, shifting from warm amber to blue, sits between the wings, which are wrapped in a rhythm of full-height vertical fins. Designed for Outfitters, Ombre's parent company. Scope was architecture only. Under construction, with completion expected in 2027.
