Every project starts with context: plot constraints, climate, budget, and how people will actually use the building. From there we develop concepts, refine plans, and produce the technical set that contractors and fabricators can execute.
In practice
Levon 55C is a commercial building on a 200 sq yd plot in DHA Phase 8, Karachi. The design turns a small plot into column-free floors on post-tensioned slabs, so each level can be let whole or divided. The glass facade faces north for daylight without harsh sun, and a first-floor terrace projecting 8 to 9 ft shades the ground floor. The building is now under construction.

Yes. Through the private ZADS Client Portal, remote and overseas clients access real-time milestone timelines, approve drawings, view fortnightly video consultation summaries, and inspect site photo updates without needing to visit Pakistan.
Is ZADS a licensed PCATP architectural practice in Pakistan?
Yes. Principal Architect Abdullah Zamir is officially registered with the Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP Reg. No. A-09626). Our drawing packages comply with local building bylaws (DHA, SBCA, CDA, and cantonment boards).
