3D visualization

Experience the space before it is built

Aerial render of a commercial building with glass facade and planted terrace (Levon 55-C).

Still renders, walkthroughs, and animations that communicate design intent before construction.

3D visualization helps clients, families, and investors understand a design before construction. ZADS produces still renders, short animations, and walkthroughs based on the approved architectural or interior model.

We use visualization for decision-making, sales, and remote reviews, not as a substitute for coordinated technical drawings.

In practice

AKTI Office can be seen in renders and a walkthrough film made from the design model. The planted spine, the glazed boardroom and the executive office each read as rooms, with their timber, cane and planting, well before any work on site.

Common questions

What kinds of visuals do you produce?

Still renders, short animations and walkthroughs.

Do I need a finished design first?

Visuals are produced from the approved architectural or interior model. We start by confirming which design stage and which views matter most. They support decisions and sales; they do not replace coordinated technical drawings.

How many rounds of changes are included?

The number of feedback rounds is agreed before work starts, and delivery follows the last agreed round.

Can overseas or remote clients track progress easily?

Yes. Through the private ZADS Client Portal, remote and overseas clients access real-time milestone timelines, approve drawings, view fortnightly video consultation summaries, and inspect site photo updates without needing to visit Pakistan.

Is ZADS a licensed PCATP architectural practice in Pakistan?

Yes. Principal Architect Abdullah Zamir is officially registered with the Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP Reg. No. A-09626). Our drawing packages comply with local building bylaws (DHA, SBCA, CDA, and cantonment boards).
