In practice
For a 5,000 sq ft townhouse at Emaar Crescent Bay, the sofas, tables and light fittings were all designed for the home and sized to its rooms. A custom chandelier of droplet-shaped pieces hangs in the 24-foot living room, and the dining table follows the long curve of a whale. Fabrics are being chosen on site, in the light the rooms actually get.

Can overseas or remote clients track progress easily?

Is ZADS a licensed PCATP architectural practice in Pakistan?
Yes. Principal Architect Abdullah Zamir is officially registered with the Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP Reg. No. A-09626). Our drawing packages comply with local building bylaws (DHA, SBCA, CDA, and cantonment boards).
