Information we may collect

Information you provide

• Contact and inquiries: name, email address, phone number, project details, and other fields you submit through contact forms, review forms, newsletter sign-ups, or similar.
• Design brief tool: if you use our interactive brief builder, the information you enter may be processed to generate or store your brief. Draft answers may be saved in your browser (see below). Submitted briefs may be emailed to you and to our team.
• Cost calculator leads: name, email, phone, and project parameters you enter to receive an estimate PDF.
• Career applications: contact details, role preferences, cover message, and CV/portfolio PDF files you upload. Files are stored with our CMS (Sanity) for recruitment review.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and diagnostics: we use analytics and error-monitoring services that may record pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and technical events. These help us understand traffic and fix issues.
• Server logs: our hosting infrastructure may log IP addresses, timestamps, and request metadata for security and reliability.

Cookies and similar technologies

Yes — this website uses cookies and similar technologies as part of normal operation. In particular:

• Essential / functional: cookies and storage needed for the site to work securely (for example session continuity, geo hints, and portal sign-in).
• Analytics (optional): with your consent, we load Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager / gtag), Microsoft Clarity, and Vercel Analytics to understand traffic and performance. Google may set cookies such as _ga. See Google's Privacy Policy, Microsoft's Privacy Statement, and Vercel's Privacy Policy.
• Error monitoring: if enabled, Sentry may collect technical diagnostics when errors occur. Session replay is only enabled when you accept analytics cookies. See Sentry's Privacy Policy.

When you first visit, a cookie consent banner lets you accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or manage preferences. Your choice is stored in localStorage under zads_cookie_consent. You can reopen settings anytime via the footer link "Cookie settings".

Google Maps: the brief builder location picker may load Google Maps, which can set its own cookies under Google's policies.

Browser storage (not HTTP cookies):the design brief builder may save progress in your browser's localStorage so you do not lose your work. This data stays on your device unless you clear it or we provide a sync feature.

Why we use this information

• To comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Service providers (processors)

We use trusted providers to operate the site. Depending on the feature, this may include Sanity (content and form storage), Supabase (certain backend/auth features), Meta (WhatsApp Business), our email delivery provider, Upstash (rate limiting), Vercel (hosting), Sentry (error monitoring), and analytics vendors (such as Google Tag Manager / Microsoft Clarity) when you consent to analytics cookies. Some providers process data outside Pakistan; we use them only as needed to run the website and respond to you.

WhatsApp and third-party platforms

If you contact us via WhatsApp or follow links to social networks (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), those platforms process your data under their own policies. Separately, when you submit certain website forms (for example contact, brief, or calculator), we may send our team a short notification by WhatsApp or email that includes details you provided (such as name, phone, or a summary of your request) so we can respond promptly.

Retention

We retain inquiry and lead submissions while they remain relevant to your project discussion or our legitimate business records, then delete or archive them according to internal practice. Career applications and CV files are kept for the hiring process and a reasonable period afterward unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Newsletter addresses remain until you unsubscribe or your confirmation expires unused. Analytics and error-monitoring data follow the retention settings of Google, Vercel, Clarity, and Sentry.

Security

We use industry-standard measures such as HTTPS for data in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights or ask questions, contact us at the email above. You can also use browser settings to block or delete cookies, though some features may not work as intended.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
