For the Sports Center, a sports and social building on a steel company's campus, the bill of quantities for architecture and interior works was taken off the working drawings trade by trade: site clearing and grey works, then floor, wall and ceiling finishes, wood, metal, doors and windows, and paint.

Does the BOQ include prices?
The BOQ is a measured schedule that contractors price for comparison and negotiation. We add high-level cost guidance where rate input is available and it is part of the scope.
What happens when the drawings change?
Quantities follow a confirmed drawing revision and are updated in a controlled way when that changes. The final BOQ always remains subject to site survey and issued revisions.
Can overseas or remote clients track progress easily?
Yes. Through the private ZADS Client Portal, remote and overseas clients access real-time milestone timelines, approve drawings, view fortnightly video consultation summaries, and inspect site photo updates without needing to visit Pakistan.
Is ZADS a licensed PCATP architectural practice in Pakistan?
Yes. Principal Architect Abdullah Zamir is officially registered with the Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP Reg. No. A-09626). Our drawing packages comply with local building bylaws (DHA, SBCA, CDA, and cantonment boards).
