These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the ZADS Architecture website (zadsarch.com), including forms, the design brief tool, cost calculator estimates, reviews, careers applications, newsletter, and related public pages. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The interactive brief builder, cost calculator, and similar tools are provided for general information and to help you start a conversation with us. Outputs, estimates, and generated documents are not a quotation, contract, or professional advice unless we expressly confirm them in writing as part of an engagement.
If you submit a review or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it, that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that it is not unlawful, defamatory, or misleading. We may moderate, edit for length/clarity, decline to publish, or remove content. By submitting, you grant ZADS Architecture a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your review (including name and rating) on our website and marketing materials.
Applications and uploaded CVs/portfolios are used only for recruitment evaluation. Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship or guarantee an interview.
Access to any client or staff portal is limited to authorised users. You must keep login credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorised use. Portal terms for specific projects may be set out separately in your engagement documents.
Site content, branding, project imagery, and materials are owned by ZADS Architecture or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the public site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZADS Architecture is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or reliance on estimates/tools without a signed engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Karachi, Sindh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
