CAD Draftsman

ZADS is hiring a CAD Draftsman for full-time, on-site work in Karachi. You will turn design decisions into clean drawing sets: plans, sections, elevations, details, and the revisions that follow. The role sits with the architects, so accuracy, layer discipline, and a fast markup cycle matter more than presentation work. This is a production role for someone who treats the drawing set as the thing the contractor builds from.

What you’ll need
- Proven experience as a CAD draftsman or architectural drafter on residential or commercial projects.
- Strong AutoCAD skills, including layers, blocks, xrefs, dimensions, and plotting to a set standard.
- Ability to draft plans, sections, elevations, and construction details from sketches, markups, and measured surveys.
- Careful revision control: update the sheet, the title block, and the revision, and do not leave old geometry behind.
- Familiarity with local authority drawing conventions is an advantage.
- Enough English to follow written markups, and a careful reading of architectural drawings.
- Sample drawings required.
