Commercial Architecture Projects

Our commercial work covers offices, commercial buildings and industrial interiors in Karachi.

On site now: Levon 55C, a commercial building on a 200 sq yd plot in DHA Phase 8 with flexible floors, a north-facing glass façade, an F&B-ready basement and ground floor, and solar; and the AKTI office, a workplace that draws on textile heritage through woven patterns and warm materials. A concept for a 41,000 sq ft storage depot reorganises it around a diagonal circulation spine, with high-density racking, daylight and clear wayfinding.

For commercial clients the drawings and numbers matter as much as the design. Contractors price against a measured bill of quantities, and progress is reported against agreed milestones, so the budget and schedule stay visible.
